ORDER PLACEMENT

For customer convenience, PAS Systems accepts orders online or orders placed through your sales team. Please use territory map below to find your sales representative.

PAS Systems accepts credit card payments: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Online ordering provides the ability to purchase using PayPal.

Invoicing is available for select agencies such as governmental departments and educational institutions. 

Online order will receive automatic email confirmations, while phone order customers receive a receipt with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

SHIPPING

GENERAL SHIPPING

  • Once your order is placed, shipping will occur 24-48 hours after, pending product availability.
  • Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground. Overnight and 2nd day delivery options are available depending on your order contents.
  • PAS Systems does not ship to PO Boxes

HAZARDOUS MATERIAL SHIPPING

  • If you are ordering a Dry Gas Standard, a $35.00 HazMat fee will be added to the Standard shipping costs.
  • HazMat orders will require a signature for delivery.
  • HazMat orders must ship by FedEx Ground transportation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • PAS Systems only accepts online orders from US and Canadian customers. For all other inquiries, please email us at [email protected].
  • Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to locations within the 48 contiguous states.
  • International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
